As part of the Belgium is Design project, Wallonie-Bruxelles Design Mode, Flanders District of Creativity and MAD Brussels present a selection of standout Belgian design companies at 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen, from 10 to 12 June.
In just a few years, 3daysofdesign has established itself as an unmissable international design event. Initially focused on renowned Scandinavian brands, the event now attracts a discerning B2B audience and welcomes an increasingly cosmopolitan creative scene. Spread across eight iconic districts of Copenhagen, the event offers a complete immersion in the world of contemporary design.
Belgian collective showroom
As part of this project, we are launching a call for applications aimed at Belgian companies and designers working in the fields of furniture, lighting, textiles and tableware.
We are looking for marketable products intended for medium or large-scale production. Unique pieces and prototypes will not be considered. The aim is to showcase designs that are ready for international markets and meet criteria for quality, functionality and commercial potential.
For whom ?
This call is open to companies and design studios with their registered office in Wallonia or Brussels.
Selection criteria
- Motivation for internationalisation;
- Brand quality and identity;
- Production capacity;
- Good market understanding and clear pricing strategy;
- Brand consistency with all other selected companies;
- The project must incorporate innovations in terms of techniques, materials and design, with an emphasis on sustainability and circularity.
