The Francisco Mantecón International Poster Design Competition 2026, organised by Bodegas Terras Gauda in Galicia (Spain), invites designers and artists from around the world to create an original and unique poster.
The competition, dedicated to graphic design and visual communication, particularly highlights creativity around the world of Albariño white wines from the winery.
The selected works are displayed at the Port of Vigo and may be used in promotional campaigns, offering international artistic visibility. Prizes include a Grand Prize of €10,000 and several honourable mentions of €2,000. The deadline for entries is 10 April 2026.

Who can enter?
The competition is open to any individual over the age of 18 or any professional organisation (studio, agency, collective, etc.), regardless of nationality. Participants may submit up to two original posters, created using any technique they choose: illustration, photography, graphic design, digital or mixed media. Ideally, the works should be inspired by the visual identity and universe of Terras Gauda wines.

How to apply?
Participation takes place in two stages:
- Digital registration: candidates must upload the digital file(s) of their poster(s) via the official competition platform, which automatically assigns an identification number to each entry.
- Physical submission: each poster must then be printed, mounted on 50 × 70 cm foam board, and sent to Bodegas Terras Gauda. The back must include the assigned number and the participant’s full contact details (name, email, telephone number, identification).
Participants who live far away can opt for the printing service offered (€15 per poster). Entries must be received before 10 April 2026.
