The UX Design Awards – Spring 2026 call for participation is open until 15 November 2025. Companies, agencies, professionals, and young designers worldwide are invited to submit their best work in one of the three categories.
The UX Design Awards are the global competition for excellent experiences by International Design Center Berlin (IDZ). Held biannually, the Awards are focused on the professional sector. We recognize the achievements of design teams who increase user satisfaction, achieve business goals and drive positive change – across all fields and industries worldwide.

Who can apply?
The competition is open to companies, agencies, and professional designers from around the world, as well as young designers (master’s or bachelor’s students) via the New Talent category.
Entries can be submitted in three categories:
- Product: commercialised products.
- Concept: ideas or prototypes.
- New Talent: academic projects.

Evaluation process and jury
Each application is evaluated according to a multi-stage procedure. First, the jurors decide which projects are nominated for the Awards. In a second stage, teams of judges submit all nominated applications to a detailed review and pre-select the finalists who will participate in the jury session. The diversity of the judges’ backgrounds ensures a balanced evaluation of all entries.
The winners of the UX Design Awards will be announced at a virtual ceremony on 4 March 2026.
