The Creative Europe programme – Culture strand supports transnational cooperation projects bringing together cultural and creative organisations from several European countries.

What is it for?
The aim is to boost the circulation of works and artists, to encourage innovation, experimentation and audience development, whilst supporting the ecological, digital and social transitions within the cultural and creative sectors.
Who is it for?
The call for proposals is open to organisations active in the cultural and creative sectors (including design and fashion).

What kind of projects?
Three categories of projects are supported, depending on the scale of the partnership:
- small-scale: a minimum of 3 organisations from 3 eligible countries;
- medium-scale: a minimum of 5 organisations from 5 countries;
- large-scale: a minimum of 10 organisations from 10 countries.
Projects may be multidisciplinary, cover one or more cultural sectors (including design, fashion, architecture, visual arts, heritage, performing arts, music and literature) and last for up to 48 months.
