On 22 May 2025, Valbiom and Wallonie Design are organising Perspectives Chanvre in Namur, an event dedicated to textile hemp, sustainable innovation and local know-how.

This event will showcase the latest developments in hemp textiles and their role in a more sustainable future. It will be an opportunity to discover original creations, listen to interesting presentations and meet people from the field in a convivial atmosphere.

On the programme: conferences, an exhibition of prototypes by the winners of the Perspectives Chanvre competition (for which WBDM was a member of the jury), a round table, networking and meetings with experts from the plant fibre sector.
