The Culture Moves Europe (CME) programme is supported by the European Union through Creative Europe. Since 1 October 2025, a new call for applications has been open for individual mobility grants for artists and cultural professionals. It enables them to carry out a project with a partner in another country participating in the programme. This support is aimed in particular at the design and fashion sectors and will close on 30 April 2026. The information session will focus specifically on this aspect.

Information session

This presentation will be given by Malgorzata Szlendak, Head of the Culture Moves Europe programme at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education and Culture, and Nathalie Marchal, General Administration for Culture of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation – Creative Europe Desk. It will be followed by feedback from artists from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation who have received grants in previous calls for applications.

This session has two objectives:

  • to provide general information to designers and creators who are considering a mobility project within the EU;
  • to answer more specific questions from those who are finalising their applications.

In both cases, please feel free to consult these advice and recommandations collected by WBDM (in French) on how to put together your application.
