AWEX support for a legal expert

In order to protect your designs and intellectual property rights, to help you negotiate with a foreign publisher, to help you benefit from legal support before signing a publishing contract,

AWEX offers to provide the services free of charge of an intellectual property expert for a period of from 1 to 3 days consultancy. At the end of the mission, the expert will present you with a report with his/her recommendations.

Access procedures:

  • you need to be a designer or fashion designer located in the Walloon Region,
  • have a company registration number,
  • have an international project.

AWEX intervention:

  • A prior interview with the managers of your regional AWEX Centre and the WBDM agency in order to define together the exact purpose of the expert advice you need.
  • 100% cover for the consultancy days. .
  • Arranged on the basis of an agreement by AWEX with your company and the expert selected.
