Support for Walloon Region patent applications

It covers 60% of the fees and consultancy costs involved in making a patent application up to the point where the patent is granted.

The procedure is in two parts (for which two specific grants are provided):

1. the initial patent application made to a national (Belgian for example) or regional (Europe for example) administration, supported by a request for an official novelty search;
2. formalities subsequent to the initial application and procedures to extend territorial protection with invocation of priority right.
