Designers galleryAction of the moment | Pitot OlivierThe research which I pursue through the production of objects (furniture, sculptures, installations) questions the principles of the foundations of the material, as the natural secretion of the mineral or organic forms (and by extension the industrial object of series), the fractales, the recurrence of motives and their degradation. The research which I pursue through the production of objects (furniture, sculptures, installations) questions the principles of the foundations of the material, as the natural secretion of the mineral or organic forms (and by extension the industrial object of series), the fractales, the recurrence of motives and their degradation. The technologies are for me a continuation of the nature and I establish links between the nervures of a leaf and the structure of a bridge. The codes which I use through my creations (sometimes with irony) are soaked with contrasts, oscillating between materials in the primary colors of the industrial production and the use of natural and technical materials says "noble" or traditional. Between these various universes, by using new or recycled materials and by diverting them from their first usage, I question what separates the object new of the rubbish, the useful of the pointless, the daily utensil of the work of art.
