Anthony Vaccarello awared for the ANDAM Fashion price 2011!

After graduating with honors from the prestigious La Cambre School, Anthony Vaccarello (born 1980) won the Grand Prix of the Hyères Fashion Festival in 2006. After working alongside Karl Lagerfeld at Fendi, he created his first collection in January 2009 and has been showing in the Paris women's ready-to-wear calendar ever since. Thanks to the generous support of its eight private partners, the ANDAM Fashion Award will be able to grant this year's winner a total of €200,000.

This year, ANDAM is also awarding a second prize with an endowment of €60,000, initiated to help designers complete and present their first collections. Yiqing Yin was selected as the winner of the first collections award.
A graduate of ENSAD, a winner of the City of Paris Grand Prix de la Création, and a finalist at the Hyères Festival, Yiqing Yin will host her first runway show on July 7 at 10:30 AM as part of Haute Couture Week in Paris.
