Action of the moment | Brussels Design Forum 2010"Graphic Design at city scale" Flagey, Brussels, October 1st, 2010
The programme for the day and the times for breaks and refreshments are intended to initiate, develop and strengthen the economic and cultural networks between the various players in the profession: Professional designers, heads of companies, architects, graphic design offices, advertising agencies, observers of design, professors, students, editors, journalists, and others. Graphic design at city scale.The theme of this year embraces several categories of graphic design projects: city identity, typography, signs, posters, communication, the integration of centres and cultural festivals, business signs, mobility and safety, parallel projects, urban development … The Brussels Design Forum will be launched by a presentation of Base Design and will welcome Sophie Thomas, David Ellis, Joachim Sauter, A deux c'est mieux, Thomas Castro, Anthony Burrill, Willy Wong. The Brussels Design Forum, organised within the framework of Design September, with the support and active help of WBDM (Wallonie-Bruxelles Design/Mode), Wallonie Design, Design Vlaanderen, ABE-Brussels Export and Base Design, has the objective of bringing together in Brussels industrial, product, and this year graphic design, experts and professionals, as well as the opinion leaders of this target group.
