Having trained as a butcher and as a carpenter, Michaël Bihain studied interior design at the Saint- Luc Institute in Liège (BE) and at University of Hull in England (UK). He works with companies on developing furniture, jewels and accessories while his studio in London deals exclusively with the conception of unique creations for private customers. Some of his pieces are part of the permanent collection of the Seoul’s Design Museum. He was nominated for the ‘Design Award Report’ in Milan 2007, won the ‘Help for creation and innovation’ prize and was chosen to design the furniture of the British Council in Paris.
